Ted Brenda
Ted Day 1 - Fast, water all day Brenda Day 1- 20 ounces of water first thing
- Blue green algae, B12, and D3 - Blue green algae, B12, and D3
- Celery cucumber morning drink. Lemon water if needed add cayenne optional brush teeth.
- Lunch: Advanced overnight oats plus fruit or Ceylon cinnamon and apple slices
- Dinner: Tomato lentil soup
Sprout salad.
Ted Day 2 - Water, cayenne pepper, lemon, optional pure maple syrup, brush teeth after drinking lemon water. Brenda Day 2 - 20 ounces of water first thing
Blue green algae, B12, and D3 - Blue green algae, B12, and D3
Celery cucumber morning drink. Lemon water if needed add cayenne optional brush teeth.
Lunch: Hummus wrap with sprouts.
Dinner: Mulligatawny soup, sprout salad.

Dinner: Sprout salad with other vegetables. Dinner: Fajitas with vegetables and bean burger w/ taco spices, corn tortillas or gluten free wrap, guacamole
- Baked sweet potato. - Sprout salad.

- Lunch: Blend celery cucumber juice smoothie with lemon, kale or spinach, hemp hearts, ground flax seed, optional chia seeds. Lunch: Hummus wrap with sprouts, use different dressing.
- Sprout salad. Dinner: Spaghetti squash spaghetti and sweet potato casserole
- Dinner: Juice carrots, apples, beets and lemon.

No soda, fruit juice, energy drinks or coffee (if you do drink coffee consume it straight black)
No candy or sugar treat.
I allow myself to have green tea, licorice/marshmallow/slippery elm bark tea
or after day 3 Cacao/cinnamon/cayenne plant milk drink.
